I keep meaning to create some new stuff so I have some fresh things to show here, but for one reason or another (mostly plain laziness) I haven't got anything new yet. I did find some more character sketches that I have done over the years, so I thought I'd share them here.
These are a couple of character designs that I was working on for a possible animated project involving a couple of aliens. The animation hasn't happened yet,... but maybe someday.
I believe that this was a attempt at creating characters with different personalities for a children's story idea I had. I also wanted to practice drawing kids.
These are just a few miscellaneous sketches of random characters.

Cute characters! Have you ever worked for Disney or anything like that? Thanks for checking out my blog post about the licensing expo.
ReplyDeleteHey Elisabeth!! Thanks for stopping by. No, I've never worked for Disney, unfortunately. Thanks for the kind words about my drawings, and I'll be sure to keep an eye on your blog. I'm very interested in the possibilities of art licensing.
ReplyDeleteWow! Just followed your link from Bread-wig, and you are a really great artist. Your style reminds me of Christopher Hartman (I think that's his name) and he does a bunch of how to draw books.
ReplyDeleteP.S.: You probably are better off not working at Disney!
Thanks Manny,... I appreciate the comments. I'm trying to get better with my drawing skills.
ReplyDeleteChris... the aliens are cool, and the kids are also. Your style is very kid-centric.
